The central teeth are a plaster cast copy of my teeth.

The arms of the machine pivot like a scissor, grinding down the plaster cast as they move, sprinkling white dust on the machine. This piece is interactive. Eight copies of the cast teeth were prepared, so that they could be replaced as visitors ground them down.
